Nose Sores Empty Nose Sores

Hi,

I have sores inside my nose! Embarassed It is very irritating and sore, I have been having sinus problems for a while and I think that is why my nose is sore from blowing it too much!!!! Anyone have any ideas about creams and such that are safe to use inside your nose?

My GP told me, before it was realized the sores were autoimmune related, to use an OTC antibiotic ointment such as Bacitracin. It felt really yucky, but seemed to help.
