Hi Karina and Monica,

Monica, you are so right about the fact if you hurt from exercising one day - do less the next time. You don't want to overdo it - that can hurt you in the long run.

My ball came with a booklet, too. There are many exercises you can do with it.

Hey Girls - if I can do it, so can you - LOL You, both, are much younger than I am and I know it is harder to do as you get older. Also, I have arthritis and it eases my pain from that, as well. It will keep your bones strong, too!! Woo hoo!
